Meet the Coordinator

Byron Rosier currently serves as the Coordinator of Officials for the Men’s Panhandle Conference, Citrus Conference, and Sun Lakes Conference. He possesses 18 years of officiating experience as an NCAA Division I, II, and NAIA men’s basketball official. Notably, Byron has officiated NCAA Division II Regional Tournament Quarter Finals, Semi-Finals, and Finals in both 2020 and 2023. Additionally, he has officiated NCAA Division II Regional Tournament Quarter Finals and Semi-Finals in 2025 and the NCAA Division II Elite 8 in both 2020 and 2023. Furthermore, Byron has officiated numerous Sunshine State Conference (SSC) Conference Tournaments. He has also officiated multiple NAIA Conference and Regional Tournament and JUCO Championship Tournaments. Rosier is widely recognized for his dedication to developing and training officials of all levels of experience.
